JOB DESCRIPTION
Often times employees run into issues and need help from someone sitting at a computer - such as - I'm locked out of a dogs house, can you call the parents for me? Or, a road is blocked, how can I drop off this dog?
We are looking for a people person to help manage/communicate with our 60 drivers on the road. This position entails a two-week onsite training in Natick followed by a hybrid schedule, requiring at least two days per week onsite doing playgroups.
We do not offer benefits at this time.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH GOOGLE SHEETS.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
